Beginning September 15, we are open Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 1:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Sunday, September 29 will be our last Sunday open this year. We look forward to serving you soon!

The Custard Cabin began in Crossville, Tennessee, in 2004. It quickly became a favorite spot for the residents of Crossville and Fairfield Glade as well as thousands of visitors and vacationers every year.
Teri and Dale Gieske recently purchased The Custard Cabin and are excited to meet new neighbors and friends as they make Crossville their home. They have always loved all kinds of sweet treats and are happy to bring a smile to your face! They have a unique story of how they moved from Florida to Crossville by the leading of the Lord.
